1801 to 2300 sq. ft. $425
2001 to 2800sq. ft. $450
2801 to 3300 sq. ft. $475
Over 3300 sq. ft Please call for quote

Over 40 years old Add $50
Non-Conventional Construction (Log Home, Geodesic Dome, Timber Frame, Straw Bale, etc.) Please call for quote
Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) Inspection

Note: The standard home inspection includes a WDO inspection.  This is for a "stand alone" WDO inspection.		 $300
(base fee: additional charges as above for older, larger, and non-conventional)
